Nick Cross
Nick joined The Foundation as a Partner in 2007. His expertise is in consumer insight, proposition development, marketing and brand strategy. His previous career was in entrepreneurial businesses and brand-led transformations, including Chief Marketing Officer Egg plc, Marketing Director Selfridges plc and International Planning Director at BBH. Nick read Modern History at Cambridge University.
Charlie Dawson
Charlie set up The Foundation in 1999, and has led its growth over a decade, establishing the discipline of Strategic Innovation and working with a wide range of blue chip clients across many sectors. He was previously Managing Director of DFGW, the independent advertising agency, and ran the advertising launch of Daewoo Cars. Charlie has a first class honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
